Every great legal team has someone behind the work who makes everything run cleaner, faster, and sharper than it would without them.
At INK, that’s Cameron Fear.
Cameron is INK’s paralegal, supporting the firm’s business and intellectual property practices with a focus on efficiency, organization, and modern legal workflows. He graduated from IBMC College in February 2026 with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies — earning a 3.9 GPA, graduating with honors, and earning membership in the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
A Practical, Technical Skill Set
Cameron’s practice areas of support span business organizations, intellectual property, estate planning, civil litigation, and legal research and document management. He comes in with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience across platforms including Clio, Centerbase, and Westlaw — the actual tools a modern legal practice runs on.
What makes Cameron particularly well-suited to INK’s environment is his interest in applying prompt engineering to streamline legal research and document production. It’s a skill set that didn’t exist in legal support roles five years ago, and it’s exactly the kind of forward-leaning approach that fits how INK operates.
From Internship to Full-Time
Before joining INK, Cameron gained hands-on experience in civil litigation and patent filing through a legal internship — where his work was strong enough that the firm invited him to stay on. He joined INK full-time and has been supporting attorneys across matters ever since, combining technical precision with a solutions-oriented approach that keeps things moving.
The Person Behind the Work
Cameron is early in his career and already operating at a level that reflects someone who takes the work seriously. He’s not just processing documents — he’s learning the practice, building fluency in how litigation, IP, and business law actually function, and finding ways to make the team around him more effective.
That’s the kind of team member INK was built to attract.
