Jessica began her career in Big Law where she worked as a patent prosecution associate to prepare and prosecute patent applications in a variety of technology areas including medical devices, consumer products, mechanical devices, robotics, and image processing. Her background in the interdisciplinary study of neuroscience enables her to remain intellectually adaptable and learn whatever technology clients require. Since joining INK™ she has added trademark law to her repertoire and enjoys helping clients secure valuable protection for their ideas through patents and trademarks alike.
